TerryWhite Chemmart is one of Australia’s leading retail pharmacy networks delivering frontline healthcare, with over 450 pharmacies across Australia. TerryWhite Chemmart provides high-quality, accessible and cost-effective community-based health care services and programs, including free health information on a range of conditions on their website.

The brief:

To write a series of patient information landing pages on different health conditions to help TerryWhite Chemmart’s organic visibility through specific keywords and queries. The objectives were to position the company as a leader in the industry and to encourage readers to consider their nearest TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy for their pharmaceutical needs and to book health checks. Tone of voice was to be conversational, engaging and informative.

The outcome:

The copy was well-written, researched and referenced and hit the brief. As a result I have been commissioned to write a total of 60 health condition landing pages, and have also worked on other projects for TerryWhite Chemmart. Click here to read more.

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is responsible for training, educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and New Zealand. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who are specialists in the treatment of mental illness.

The brief:

Research and write evidence-based informative fact-sheets on mental health topics for a consumer audience. The brief included research (reading evidence-based material, and consulting by phone with 2-4 subject matter experts and community representatives, and writing copy to be published as a fact sheet and on the Your Health in Mind website.

The outcome:

I produced 4 different patient fact sheets on different mental health conditions, which included interviews with patients, and subject matter experts. Very few changes were required, even after a clinical review of the copy.

Nerissa assisted with the development of a number of fact sheets about mental health and psychiatry for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
