Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to buy the coaching package upfront?

Yes. My time for coaching is limited. Purchasing a coaching session upfront means I can lock away that time in my calendar just for you.

How do I book a time?

After you purchase the coaching package, I’ll be in touch to organise a time for our session that suits us both.

Can I book a time directly into your calendar?

No. My workload and deadlines change from week to week which makes it difficult for me to set aside set times just for coaching.

Will I get a recording of the session?

Yes. All sessions are held on Zoom and will be recorded. After our session is completed, you will be sent a recording of our coaching call, within 24 hours.

How can I get the most out of our session?

I suggest writing down a list of questions to ask me, or things you want to chat about. Coming to the session prepared will enable you to get the most out of our session, and will help me know what you’d like to talk about. You are also welcome to email me prior to our session to let me know what you’d like our session to focus on.

What if I don’t find the session helpful? Can I get a refund?

No. You are paying for my time, so coaching fees are non-refundable. To get the most out of our time together, think about what you’d like to get out of the session and write some questions or discussion points down.

Can I book multiple sessions?

Yes, There is an option to buy a package of sessions with me. However, these must be used within 6 months. You are also welcome to book extra sessions with me down the track.

What if I need to cancel the session?
