My favourite tools and resources

I’m often asked what kinds of tools I use in my business and what courses and resources I’d recommend for other health writers.

The truth is, I use a LOT of tools. I’ve also come across many courses, resources and communities that have helped me grow my business to what it is today.

So I’ve put together a handy list that includes some of my favourites.

I haven’t included things like Google apps, or Microsoft features – just because I think most people know about them. I also haven’t listed programs that are part of Microsoft Office, such as Excel and PowerPoint, because once again, most people know about those.

Instead, I’ve listed the ones you may not have heard of that may make your life a little easier. I’ve also included a link at the bottom to my favourite online community, the Digital Marketing Collective. This is an amazing group of talented, generous people who are always willing to share their expertise. They are also a super-friendly bunch.

I have also included a link to one of the best courses I’ve ever done – The Recipe for SEO Success. This course transformed my business in so many ways, so I highly recommend it. And there are also links to some Australian-based health writing courses which are practical and affordable.
