The client:

Consentic is an online platform for medical and dental consent. The comprehensive library of medical consent videos and interactive checklists optimises, standardises and streamlines medical consent, resulting in enhanced patient understanding, improved patient and clinician satisfaction, and increased efficiency. Using Consentic saves on average 5 minutes per consultation and reduces medicolegal risk.

The brief:

When I worked with Consentic, it was a medico-legal start-up company that aimed to standardise and optimise medical consent for doctors and patients. Part of the brief was to develop Tone of Voice Guidelines that would define their brand and form the basis of all their marketing material, including their website.

The outcome:

Consentic were thrilled with their Tone of Voice Guidelines and engaged me to write their web copy for their new website. Having defined their Tone of Voice, we were able to write web copy that was not only SEO optimised but spoke to their target audience.
